The plaintiff sued to recover the amount of an insurance policy issued by the defendant company on the life of Franch Tait, under date of June 16, 1928, pursuant to his written application made on June 12, 1928. The insured died Dec. 39, 1928, or less than seven months after the application was made. The policy, offered in evidence, contained the following provision: “This policy, together with the application therefor, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, shall constitute the entire contract between the parties hereto.
