This court stice, Association Standing Committee on Professional Discipline to “examine the structure, operations, and procedures of our lawyer disciplinary system for the purpose of making recommendations for improvements to the system.” See In Re: Amendments to the Procedures Regulating Professional Conduct of Attorneys at Law, 345 Ark. 675 (2001) (per curiam).
