hOn September 9, 2014, Malcom Jalil Easley pled guilty to the underlying offense of hindering apprehension or prosecution, which is a Class B felony. He was sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction, followed by ten years’ suspended imposition of sentence, and given credit for 554 days of jail time served. On August 16, 2016, a hearing was held on the State’s petition to revoke Eas-ley’s suspended imposition of sentence.
