ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ REQUESTS TO BE ABSENT FROM TRIAL
JAMES LAWRENCE KING, District Judge.
This matter arose upon the oral motion of defendants Eugene Myers and Modesto Echezarreta for permission to be absent from the trial in this case. The Court announced its decision denying both motions in open court on December 3, 1979 after having taken both motions under advisement.
