Jimmie L. Wilson, who is a black male, appeals the district court’s determination that the Government did not violate the dictates of Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986) when the Government used all six of its peremptory challenges to strike six black people from the jury panel in the criminal case brought against Wilson.
