By order of December 13, 1963, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granted appellees’, Joseph Baron and Melvin Lewis, application for an injunction against the appellant, North Jersey Newspaper Guild (Union) to prevent the intra-union prosecution of charges brought against them involving their conduct in instituting de-authorization proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
