MEMORANDUM *

Relator Juan Hong, A Law Corporation (“Relator”) appeals from the dismissal of his qui tarn False Claims Act (“FCA”) suit against the engineering firm Newport Sensors, Inc. and its founder, Dr. Maria Q. Feng (together, “Newport”). The district court granted Newport’s motion to dismiss on the ground that Relator’s claims were barred by the FCA’s jurisdictional public-disclosure bar. As the parties are familiar with the facts, we do not recount them here. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
