The appellant here was plaintiff in the court below and the appellee here was defendant. The appeal is taken from a final decree of the circuit court in and for Dade County dismissing the bill of complaint. The relief prayed for in the bill was the rescission of a transaction between the plaintiff and defendant by which the defendant traded twenty one bonds of the par value of one thousand dollars each of the Public Gas Company to the plaintiff in exchange for thirty Dunedin municipal bonds of the par value of Thirty thousand dollars.
