Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) and Rules 8013, 8001(a) and 8002(a) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Appellant Helen-May appeals the orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Bankruptcy Court”) dated August 18, 2009, September 21, 2010, and October 12, 2010. Prior to the October 12, 2010 Order, Helen-May and the bankruptcy trustee entered into a settlement.
