WATSON, District Judge.
Maurice Alvin Gutterman, a prisoner in the United States Penitentiary, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, filed his petition for writ of habeas corpus attacking the indictment, alleging that he was deprived of assistance of counsel, and making the vague allegation that he was under duress by officials of the United States Government, with reference *286to a sentence imposed upon him in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
