Bureau of Engraving, Inc., (Bureau) appeals the district court’s 2 order upholding and confirming an arbitration award in favor of Graphic Communications International Union, Local 1B (Union).

I. BACKGROUND

This case arises out of a grievance filed by the Union contesting Bureau’s decision to terminate the employment of Linda Puffer (Puffer) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the then-existing collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”).
