On January 12, 1983, the circuit court of Rock Island County granted plaintiff Elizabeth Dillie’s motion for a voluntary dismissal of a personal injury suit she had brought against defendants Kelly and William Bisby, Diane and Scott Vershoore, Harry Plowman, and Acme Fuel & Material Company. The court also denied motions of the defendants to dismiss the cause with prejudice under Supreme Court Rule 103(b) for lack of diligence by the plaintiff in the service of process.
