LEIBELL, District Judge.

On September 13, 1945 the State of New York brought a proceeding by petition in the Supreme Court of New York State pursuant to Sections 1200-1202, New York Abandoned Property Law, Consol.Laws, c. 1, for an order of escheat with respect to certain funds consisting of uncollected dividends in bankruptcy proceedings paid into the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
