SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff below was injured by the collision of a car of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, in which she was a passenger, with an engine upon another track, and she was taken to the surgeon’s room in the Union Station at Omaha, where two of the physicians of the company attended her. She brought this action for damages caused by her injury.
