This appeal involves the aftermath of litigation which culminated in the Supreme Court of Missouri. St. Louis Union Trust Company v. Conant, 499 S.W.2d 761 (Mo.1973). This appeal is from a judgment of the circuit court of St. Louis County awarding compensation for services rendered as guardians ad litem for several contingent beneficiaries under a trust.
