This proceeding is before us on a report of the Board of Bar Commissioners, based on a complaint filed by the McCracken County Bar Association, finding the respondent, M. E. Gilbert, guilty of unprofessional conduct under two counts and recommending that he be disbarred from the practice of law in this State.
