For tlie second time an appeal and cross appeal bring this case np for review. Tbe suit was brongbt by tbe appellees, Kate Anthony Sbeppard and others, to recover possession of 120 acres. Tbe defense of tbe appellants, Porter Hutchison and bis wife, was a claim of title in themselves. Our first opinion held that the Hutchisons bad only an estate pur autre vie, which was terminated by the death of Edgar Anthony in 1953, and that Mrs. Sheppard then became entitled to possession for the rest of her life.
