FLAUM, Circuit Judge.
Ricky Boros, also known as Vince Kwiatkowski, appeals his convictions for conspiracy to import controlled substances, conspiracy to possess controlled substances with the intent to distribute, and conspiracy to launder money with the intent to promote the importation of controlled substances. The sole argument that he makes on appeal is that the district court erred by admitting the expert testimony of pharmacologist Dr. Robert Bar-kin. Dr. Barkin testified about the classification of various drugs, their side effects, and the medical supervision needed to prescribe them.…
