American General Life and Accident Insurance Company (Employer) petitions for review of two orders of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed the referee’s grant of benefits to Frank V. Paini (Claimant). 1 The first order 2 dealt with financial eligibility and the second order 3 dealt with the issue of willful misconduct.
