SHRIVER, Judge.
The Case
T. Brian Layne, a juvenile, was fifteen years of age at the time he was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery which occurred on the night of August 17, 1974. A hearing was held by the Honorable Grady Barker, Judge of the Juvenile Court of Se-quatchie County, Tennessee, on October 9, 1974, on petition of the District Attorney General, pursuant to Sections 37-224, 37-226 and 37-234, T.C.A.
