Appellant in suit made appellees, Jeffer'son County, State Highway Department, its Commissioner, and the C. St. L. & N. O. Rwy. Co. defendants. Appeal is from judgment sustaining* general demurrers of all defendants, and dismissing* petition upon declination to plead further.
