Appellee sued appellant to recover ?1,000, alleged to be due on an insurance policy on the life of her deceased husband, William T. Nash, issued by appellant. The defense was that deceased had .represented, when applying for insurance, that his health was then good, that he had not been sick, and that he had never suffered from consumption, and that there were no indications of disease of the respiratory organs, which representations were untrue.
