EDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant, Charles Tenner, was charged by bill of information with five counts of armed robbery, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:64. Defendant entered a plea of not guilty to each count. The State entered a nolle prosequi to counts one, two, and three and amended counts four and five to counts one and two. Defendant was rear-raigned and pled not guilty to counts one and two. Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty as charged.
