Summary judgment proceeding. Rule 166-A, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. The suit was originally filed by G. F. C. Corporation (which is not a party to this appeal) against Aline Ballard (also known in this record as Aline Ballard Washington), seeking a judgment for balance due on a note and foreclosure on a chattel mortgage executed by defendant, and also seeking judgment against the original payee and lien holder, Morris Robinson, from whom G.
