MEMORANDUM RULING
PATRICIA MINALDI, District Judge.
Before the court is a Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 24], filed by the defendant, Kanawha Insurance Company (“Kanawha”). The motion is opposed by the plaintiffs, Carmen Malbrough and Lionel Simon [Docs. 30, 35].
