Pending before this Court is the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC” or Petitioner) Application to Show Cause Why an Administrative Subpoena Should Not be Enforced against the Respondent, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (“WSSC”). (Doc. No. 1.) The purpose of the administrative subpoena is to investigate the age discrimination claims of former employees of the WSSC whose positions were terminated after WSSC reorganized its Information Technology (“IT”) department.
