Ms. Rose Speed appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) affirming the dismissal of an appeal to the Appeals Tribunal. The Commission determined that Ms. Speed’s reason for failing to appear at the *154telephone hearing to review the denial of unemployment benefits did not constitute good cause. We reverse and remand.
