MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This chapter 7 case raises the issue of the procedure for allowing and paying chapter 11 administrative expenses in cases converted to chapter 7. The chapter 7 trustee’s final report proposes to pay all chapter 7 administrative expenses in full and 74.9 percent of the allowed chapter 11 compensation of the debtor’s attorney, but does not provide for payment of any other chapter 11 administrative expense.
