This is a claim by a former employee of the Respondent for back wages due as the result of a wrongful discharge. The Claimant, James Paul, was suspended on November 1,1980. He returned to work on December 1, 1980 and was again suspended on December 1, 1980, pending discharge, but was paid from December 1, 1980, until December 11, 1980, at which time his discharge became effective. He had been employed as a Community Service Supervisor II with the Illinois Commission on Delinquency Prevention. The Civil Service Commission, after lengthy hearings, returned him to work on July 16, 1981. It found…
