MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GORTON, District Judge.
Plaintiff, James R. Fiori (“Fiori”), brought this action against defendant, Truck Drivers Local 170 (“Local 170”), alleging violations of the Labor-Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 141 et seq., and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (“LMRDA”), 29 U.S.C. § 401 et seq., and seeking injunctive relief. Fiori has since amended his complaint, dropping his request for injunctive relief and adding claims for slander and violations of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq.
