The latest skirmish in this battle 1 between plaintiffs Phillip Issen (“Issen”), in No. 74 C 0346, Seymour Abrams (“Abrams”), in No. 74 C 2215, and a host of corporate and individual defendants related to GSC Enterprises, Inc.
