The Annuity Board, pursuant to its powers and duties, during the years 1923-25 invested funds of the State Retirement System in bonds of the Bankers Joint Stock Land Bank of Milwaukee and also in bonds of the First Wisconsin Land Mortgage Association of Eau Claire.
