Stout, J.,

— Uldis N. Bross and Brigita, his wife, are 32 and 30 years old, respectively. They speak English with some little difficulty and in the decided brogue of their native Latvia. Mr. Bross holds a B. S. degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in insurance. He is a life underwriter by profession. Mrs. Bross is a housewife and a graduate of a high school in Germany. She has been in America 11 years.
