Edmison, Catherine Palmer Tessieri, and Nancy Palmer Clausen are the owners of a certain tract of real estate containing 79.29 acres located in Davis Magisterial District, Shenandoah County, Virginia. This real estate was devised to them from then mother, Elizabeth V. Palmer, and Lucy P. Edmison serves as Executor of that estate.
