Tbe question presented is, do tbe provisions of section 249.18, Code of Iowa, 1958, apply to an estate of a decedent formerly receiving old-age assistance, but not receiving assistance at tbe time of bis death, where the claim of the State Board of Social Welfare remains unpaid?
