DECISION

FORAY, Judge:

The accused was tried by general court-martial consisting of a military judge sitting alone and was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of the offenses of conspiracy to sell marihuana and methamphetamine hydrochloride and selling methamphetamine hydrochloride, in violation of Articles 81 and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892. In addition, he was convicted, in accordance with his pleas, of two offenses of selling marihuana, in violation of Article 134 of the Code. The approved sentence extends to a bad conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor…
