ORDER
CANCIO, District Judge.
This case is now before the Court on a motion by Plaintiff to strike an affirmative defence raised by the Defendant in this ease.
The affirmative defence in question states that:
“At the time of the happening of the events alleged in the complaint the SS Christiana Pikuritz was under Bare Boat Charter to the Hamburg Americanische Paketfahrt Actien Gesellschaft.”
