THOMPSON, J,
This is a suit for separation from bed and board on the ground of cruel treatment and defamation of character of such a nature as to render it impossible for the spouses to longer live together in the marital relation.
Coupled with the action for separation is a demand to set aside-a sale of all of the real estate of the community made by the hu.sband to his brother a few days before the suit was'filed, on the ground that said sale was without consideration and made in anticipation of plaintiffs suit and in fraud of her community rights.
