Plaintiff commenced this action in the Circuit Court of Gentry County on August 7, 1925. The action is a statutory one, seeking to quiet, ascertain and determine the title to lots 15 and 16, in block 11, of Kate Carter's First Addition to the city of King City, Missouri.
