Fidelity Trust Company filed its first and final account as trustee under a trust agreement dated December 1, 1924. Exceptions were filed by the remaindermen objecting to distribution by means of participation certificates under the Fiduciaries Act of 1917, Sec. 49(e), and upon hearing before Chalfant, J., the exceptions were dismissed. Upon renewal before the court in banc, Trimble, P. J., Chalfant and Mitchell, JJ., the exceptions to the decree nisi were dismissed and the decree affirmed in an opinion by Chalfant, J.
