MEMORANDUM ORDER DENYING PETITIONER’S WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

MCMAHON, District Judge.

Petitioner Walter Lee Anderson was convicted of Murder in the Second Degree by a petit jury in Dutchess County Court on May 25, 1989. According to the testimony of multiple eyewitnesses, Petitioner repeatedly stabbed Carol Kantor in the chest and thigh with a kitchen knife outside of her car in a parking lot in Pough-keepsie, New York on the evening of October 2, 1988.
