This case is before us after remand to the trial court for findings of facts as to how the substitute participation agreement between plaintiffs, outpatient psychotherapy clinics (clinics), and defendant, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), would restrain trade and fix prices in violation of antitrust laws.
