This case is on appeal from the action of the Circuit Court of Ohio County in entering an order on December 26, 1969, by which the court directed that the appellees, Jay T. McCamic and Henry S. Schrader, each be awarded the sum of $12,000 as attorney fees to be paid from the distributive share of Jean Herring Rowe, the appellant, as a beneficiary under the will of Caroline C. Hughes.
