—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kreindler, J.), rendered July 11, 1995, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the trial court erred in refusing to submit to the jury the crime of robbery in the third degree as a lesser-included offense of the crime of robbery in the second degree.
