MEMORANDUM
GILES, District Judge.
The magistrate has recommended dismissing this pro se civil-rights complaint as frivolous and malicious. I concur, and add the following.1
Plaintiff2 is awaiting trial in state court *409on the charge of attempted rape.3 In connection with that prosecution, plaintiff brings this civil-rights action against his landlord, the victim of the alleged rape attempt, an assistant district attorney, District Attorney Rendell, Police Commissioner Solomon, Mayor Green, and Governor Thornburgh.
