I. INTRODUCTION

THIS MATTER came before the Court on two petitions for approval of settlement. The Personal Representative, Cirila Beras De Rodriguez, filed one of the petitions for approval of settlement on behalf of minors Juan Bemales Montas-Beras and Juana Yissel Montas-Beras and the other petition filed by Lee Rohn, Esq. on behalf of minor Giser Lilian Montas-Beras.
