MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Shawn M. Webster brings this race and gender discrimination action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D. C. Code § 2-1401, et seq., against his former employer the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (“MWAA”). 1 Before the court is MWAA’s Motion to Dismiss.
