PEDEN, Justice.

Eminent domain proceeding brought by the City of Pearland against John Alexander as independent executor and trustee of the estate of C. H. Alexander, deceased, and against Mrs. Helen Alexander, widow of C. H. Alexander, to acquire the surface of 10 acres for a sewage disposal plant, 2.-04 acres for a public street easement, .046 acres for a pipeline easement and other areas for three temporary construction easements.

Both sides filed objections to the award of the special commissioners. After trial to a jury in the county court, a judgment was entered based on the jury findings…
