Orders of the Family Court, entered respectively on October 2, 1975 and November 10, 1975 in the Office of the Clerk of the Family Court, New York County, denying respondent-appellant’s applications to set aside her default in failing to appear at the hearing on July 8, 1975, reversed on the law and on the facts and in the interest of justice, without costs and without disbursements.
