Before the court are Defendant Lexington Insurance Company’s (“Lexington”) Motion to Compel Arbitration (doc. 14) and Plaintiffs Prescott Architects, Inc. and Jef frey Prescott’s (“Prescott”) Motion to Stay Arbitration (doc. 18). The motions have been thoroughly briefed and supplemented by oral argument. After careful consideration of the issues presented, the court concludes the parties’ dispute is subject to arbitration as per their agreement.
